SGA Executive Board Nominations - Now Open!

SGA Nominations for Executive Board

Center for Student Engagement is pleased to announce the nominations for the 2023 Calendar Year for Student Government Association (SGA) are now open for Executive Board members.

Eligibility

• ÔÇïMust be an Undergraduate Student at the University of Pikeville
• Must be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours (full-time status)
• Have a cumulative GPA of a 2.5
• Must not currently be on Academic and/or Conduct Probation or Suspension
• For President/Vice-President: must have completed at least one year serving on SGA (Executive Board, Class Officer, and/or Senator)
  • Exception: if no nominations are received for this position due to lacking previous experience, a separate nomination period will be held, expanding the eligibility requirements as deemed appropriate by the Center for Student Engagement.
• Must be able to fill the term of office (January 2023 - December 2023)

Verification

The Center for Student Engagement will review all Nomination Applications, ensuring that you meet the Eligibility Requirements above. You will receive either an Approval or Denial email, indicating whether your application was approved or denied. Any incomplete applications may be disregarded, so ensure you have submitted the information completely and accurately.
