Important Registrar Dates for December

  • 10 Last day to ‘Drop’ or ‘Withdraw’ and receive a grade of ‘W’
  • 10 Last day of Classes
  • 13 Final Exams Day 1 – Refer to Final Exam Schedule (Monday)
  • 14 Final Exams Day 2 – Refer to Final Exam Schedule (Tuesday)
  • 15 Final Exams Day 3 – Refer to Final Exam Schedule (Wednesday)
  • 15 Fall Semester Ends
  • 17 Final Grades Due – Students check WebAdvisor or Student Planning for Grades

Office of Residence Life is looking to hire a handful of RA's for the Spring Semester!  If you are interested in applying, you can head over to our Bears@Work portal using the link below! Also, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us via email at housing@upike.edu.

Academic Requirement

  • A minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 is required to go through the selection process.  
  • A 2.5 cumulative GPA is required at the end of the current semester to assume and maintain a position. 
  • Grades will be checked at the end of each semester.
  • You must maintain full-time student status, which is a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester.

Residency Requirement
A resident must have resided on campus for a minimum of 2 semesters before employment. If you are a transfer student, this term may be negotiated depending on your previous institution's residential experience.
