Join the Center for Student Engagement (CSE), Student Leadership Council (SLC), Campus Recreation, and the YMCA for a week dedicated to movement, motivation, and wellness. In conjunction with Heart Awareness Month, Fitness Week runs February 2–7 and offers a variety of fitness classes designed for all experience levels.
Whether you’re continuing your health journey or just getting started, this is a great opportunity to try new classes, stay active, and focus on your overall well-being in a fun and supportive environment. Check out the full list of classes and challenge yourself to participate—the student who attends the most classes will win a prize!
