Bears Tower is the newest Residential hall on Upikes campus, with over 5 floors of rooms. Bears Towers Houses 2 students per room with 1 bathroom for roommates to share. The floors of Bears Tower are Coed and have a floor lounge coming to each floor soon.
Bears Tower has access to 'Table 99' a restaurant run by Aramark on the ground floor and is a 5 minute walk to City view cafe Chick Fil-a, POD Market, and the Upike Fitness center.
Free laundry is included on the 3rd floor with spaces like the 8th floor balcony used by Upike for programming along with a common area on the second floor.
