Kinzer Hall is a co-ed residence hall located just off Hambley Boulevard and is home to primarily juniors and seniors. All rooms are suite style and accommodate four to eight residents.
Kinzer Hall can accommodate up to 99 residents, three Resident Assistants and one professional live-in staff member. Each suite has a living room space, kitchenette with cabinet space, a small fridge, microwave and a shared bathroom.
Kinzer Hall is a short walk from the Coleman College of Business and some of UPIKE's athletic facilities.
