Residence Halls close at 12:00 PM

Residence Halls Reopen

Thanksgiving Break

During Thanksgiving Break, residence halls will remain open for those who wish to stay on campus. On campus services, such as dining services, are limited during this time and students should plan accordingly. If you plan to remain on campus during this time, please complete the Thanksgiving Break stay Form that is sent out prior to Thanksgiving Break to let us know your plans. This helps Residence Life ensure safety and support services are in place.

Winter Break

During Winter Break, residence halls close at Noon on December 12th

Spring Break

During Spring Break, residence halls will remain open for those who wish to stay on campus. On campus services, such as dining services, are limited during this time and students should plan accordingly. If you plan to remain on campus please complete the Spring Break stay form that is sent out prior to Spring Break by Residence Life staff to let us know your plans. This helps Residence Life ensure safety and support services are in place.

Summer Break

During Summer Break, residence halls close at 5pm on May 1st

Does UPIKE offer airport shuttles?

Yes. UPIKE offers a limited, first-come/first-served airport shuttle service for our residential students. For more info about shuttle dates, times and locations please reach out to ResLife staff via email (housing@upike.edu)

Do I have to leave campus for Winter Break?

All residential students must vacate their on-campus housing by the set date. Residence Life considers extended stay and whole break stay requests on a case-by-case basis. There may be additional costs associated with staying over Winter Break.
